My client is a long established and successful boutique agency within Financial Services covering banking broking, IT risk and compliance. They have long standing close client relationships and the MD is very successful and good at winning business.

They are open to hiring a trainee or an experienced recruiter. If you are a trainee ideally you will be a university graduate or a college leaver with office, customer service, telesales or other sales based training or work experience.

They are also very keen on 360 recruiters that maybe prefer sourcing and managing existing relationships and want to move to a candiate focussed role, or Resourcers looking for a new role or market.

This business is Sevenoaks based with free parking on site, and walking distance to the station.

Most of the roles you will fill will be commercial sales roles within Financial Services. Most role levels are £50K to £70K level, and lots are £70K to £150K level.

Mainly work on front office sales roles, but also work on mid office roles such as compliance roles at a senior level.

Examples of Roles include Fintech Sales, Senior FX Sales, Client Experience Associate (FX), Enterprise Sales Manager and Fintech Sales Director

The role

No Business Development needed, you will be working on live roles with established clients.

If you have experience with being client facing then you could work on full processes with existing clients, and then over time the Director would hand off 5 or so Key clients to you to manage the relationship with.

Grow the database over time (there are 1500 people relevant for the level roles they will look at with phone numbers they can call) but they will grow it over time too.

Securing Sales leads for consultants.

Working closely with the MD with one to one training with someone with many years of industry knowledge and wisdom to impart.
