A fantastic opportunity is available for an Administrator - After Sales based in Biggleswade for a multinational construction company to support the After Sales Team with various administrative tasks.
**What will the right person look like?**
The ideal Administrator - After Sales will have previous experience in Administration, strong customer service skills, be IT literate including Microsoft Word and Excel, and be flexible with working hours.
**What will you be doing?**
- Create internal and external invoices.
- Filing and organising documentation.
- Input engineers’ times for invoices and for payroll purposes.
- Liaising with engineers, sales and after sales teams.
- Attend meetings and exhibitions off-site and overseas. This may include time spent away from home overnight.
- Assist as required carrying out main reception and telephonist duties.
**Hours/Salary/Benefits**
The Administrator - After Sales will be based in Biggleswade, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. You will need to be flexible with working hours to ensure full desk coverage for the required working day. This may involve flexible start and finish times as needed. Competitive salary, private healthcare, attractive pension scheme and 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
