**Job Title**:Groundworker/Labourer

**Reporting**:General Manager

**Based**: Site based, within c. 50 miles of Lincoln

**Hours**: 08:00 - 16:30

**Summary**:James Oliver Conservatories Ltd is a local, family run business, having being established for over 30 years. Due to a significant upturn in business we are looking to expand our team.

With a reputation for quality, we specialise in conservatories; windows and doors; and solid roofs, and we are looking for hardworking groundworkers/labourers with a strong work ethic

**Rate**: £13-15/hr depending on experience

Self employed with weekly pay. On the books considered.

Large order book

Fuel mileage paid (own vehicle required)

**Responsibilities, skills and knowledge required**:
Experience working in a construction environment

Mixing concrete

Demolition work

Labouring including deliveries/heavy lifting

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
