We are looking for someone to lead the APFN Business Order Management team to manage circuits in Work In Progress (WIP) from confirmed sale to completion of installation and handover to billing ensuring customers are informed at all stages and jeopardy managing orders to minimise Pre-Installation Cancellation (PIC).

**What you will be doing**:

- Supporting the team in the end to end order management for Ethernet and FTTP from order placement to billing for all orders types (modification, cease, new provide, migration)
- Taking responsibility for proactively managing the WIP (work in progress) ensuring that services are delivered to budget and time.
- Ensuring that, as a team, partners are kept informed on order updates throughout
- Managing the CPE (communication provider equipment) logistics and forecast
- Supporting the team with escalations
- Proactively attend service review meetings (SRMs) with our suppliers, provide constructive feedback to assist the service delivery management team drive continuous improvement.
- Lead on projects from an Order Management perspective providing updates and escalating to senior team on key decisions.
- Help refine processes and lead the team though transformation change as required to deliver business growth targets.

**About you**:
Please note, this role will require attendance to locations where the team operates (Fareham) in hybrid role.
