Honda Motor Europe are setting up a brand new E Commerce Team as part of their wider Communications Department and have 7 new contract roles including Website and Commerce Section Manager.

Through ownership of the online user experience, you will drive volume and profit through the sale of cars/revenue generating products via our website.

Responsibilities:
- Own the online user experience ensuring we have the right look, feel, design, functionality, and customer journey to maximise online transaction. With your team, manage all website builds, enhancements, and content updates for the UK business.
- In partnership with IT, design and execute a multi-stage roadmap for the new UK Automotive business commerce platform, starting with its initial launch in 2023. Manage site integration between the commerce provider, and the Honda brand website. Setup andmaintain all commerce customer journey tools including price management, stock control, configurator, lead times, finance, and part-exchange.
- You will support P&L activity by delivering against specific targets related to generating revenue and profit via the commerce website from the sale of cars and wider revenue streams.
- Through our marketing and media agencies, you will enable organic and paid activity [SEO, PPC, lower funnel media] that drives quality traffic to the website and maximises conversion to sale.

The role is initially temporary with the potential to go permanent and the salary equivalent is £52,248.

The role is inside IR35 and the day rate is £200 per day or £271 per day via an umbrella company.

You will enjoy a 35 hr week and a hybrid working model which requires 50% of the working month based at the Bracknell office.
