Stores Coordinator

**LC Services Ltd are looking to recruit a full time Stores Co-ordinator to assist with the running of the stores department at our busy friendly laboratory service company in Bedfordshire, UK.**

The role includes but is not limited to:

- Booking in and out of stocked parts from our warehouse
- Stock order processing, packing and ordering
- Updating our computerised stock system, we use ACT and Sage software
- Annual stock check and weekly stocktakes
- Courier booking of goods shipping
- Selecting stock items for servicing PM and Breakdown visits
- Liaise with service engineers and chasing part returns
- Working with and Liaising with the Operations supervisor and Goods in Assistant to maintain good work flow in the stores department
- Strong organisational and communication skills required

**Job Type**:Full-time, Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm with 1 hour lunchbreak

**Wage**: Starting from £22,500 per annum with pay review following probationary period
