**Head of Paid Social**

connective3 is a performance marketing agency with specialisms in SEO, Data Science, Content Marketing, and Paid Media. We connect digital skill sets and expertise to deliver unprecedented results for our clients across all digital channels. As part of an exciting growth period for the team, we are looking for a Head of Paid Social to join our paid media team based in Leeds. Our paid team has gone from strength to strength since we launched 4 years ago and we have nearly doubled the headcount of the team this year alone.

**What does the role involve?**
- Develop our relevant offering in line with our wider Paid Media and Influencer Marketing strategies
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry changes and explore new opportunities and suppliers.
- Develop and nurture platform relationships
- Be instrumental in generating and delivering new business and growing our paid revenue
- Drive expertise through testing frameworks.
- Train and mentor the Paid Media Team
- Increase visibility of paid within c3 and our successes and generate case studies around successes.
- Proactively increase visibility of c3 and paid thought leadership across our social media channels and marketing, including posting, blogging & speaking
- Develop connected strategies with other teams
- Maintain an overarching view of all clients paid strategies and performance, ensuring best practice is adhered to
- Perform budget management checks across all clients.
- Support the paid media team to deliver high performing campaigns
- Develop high performing campaigns and strategies
- Hands on execution and delivery of Meta, TikTok and Linkedin campaigns
- Effective delegation of tasks to the Paid Media Team
- Regularly perform strong data analysis and subsequent campaign optimisation

**What we are looking for?**
- At least 4 years’ experience in a paid social role
- At least 3 years experience of client communications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of tracking and tagging
- Meta qualified
- Strong understanding of how paid social algorithms work
- Confident communicator and ability to build relationships
- Be able to understand and highlight the story behind KPIs
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work to deadlines
- Analytical and creative way of working
- Growth focused & always willing to embrace a challenge and learn with a curious nature
- Collaborative worker and all-round team player
