**Aftersales Administrator**
- Oversee the management of warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing,
- Ensure internal systems are up to date with ongoing warranty work,
- Submit detailed claims to manufacturers and support, advise submission of claims
- Check Pre-delivery Inspection paperwork for issues, ensure all paperwork is correct, submit warranty claims issues with manufacturers’
- Ensure all new vans are registered to ensure warranty is registered
- Ensure all submission for warranty work and ‘good-will’ claims are accurate and processed in a timely manner
- Order parts for maintenance work is ordered correctly and in a timely manner, oversee any part orders.
- Ensure regular communication between park/customers and manufacturers regarding warranty work/maintenance work
- Carry out monthly checks on Warranty Ledger to highlight aging claims.

**Stock Movement Administrator**
- Day to day responsibility of stock movements from manufacturer to park, park to park
- Ensure all movements orders are placed in time manner, 48 hours prior to movement request being made, all orders are accurate, in line with legislation for the movement of a wide load
- Liaise with HGV driver as to the movement of stock on a daily/weekly basis
- Assist the driver in the management of driving hours in line with legislation
- Ensure accurate recording of drivers hours on digital tachograph card.
- Ensure tachograph driver smartcard is downloaded at least every 28 days
- Ensure vehicle unit data is downloaded every 90 days
- Ensure driver hours are within specified range of 2 x 10 hours day and 3 x 9 hour days.

**Stock Control Administrator**
- Assist in the day to day monitoring of stock across the group
- Responsible for the communication of stock levels internally and at manufactures
- Monitor the movement of stock from manufacturer to park and park to park
- Ensure accuracy of any data collection, including stock lists
- Liaise with stock controller to ensure stock movements are monitored correctly.
- Liaise with sales team to ensure sales prices are accurate and resolve any issues
- Assist in the monitoring of the sales CRM system

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
