The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting on behalf of a plumbing and heating merchants who have been trading since 1960. They are recruiting for a knowledgeable and affluent branch manager to join their friendly team in Essex. This is a place of progressionand development with many options once you get your foot in the door as well as recognition for
all the hard work you put into your branch and career.
? Mon - Fri 9am-3pm and 9am-5pm on a Rota
? Must be willing to work from 7am when business requires
? Every other Saturday 8am-12pm
? 1 hour unpaid lunch

Key responsibilities:
? Knowledge and ability to identify products
? Lead and coordinate team to generate new business and grow current clientele
? Ensure all financial and administrative tasks are completed and executed accurately and in a timely manner
? To manage personnel matters daily
? Build a strong and lasting relationship with staff members and voice their questions and concerns in management meetings
? Take responsibility for the safety and operation of the premises
? To Manage daily operations such as goods in, stock levels, deliveries and returns
? Ensure your branch aligns with the companies policies and procedures
? Customer service skills and rapport building
? Business development and maintaining client relationships
? Any other Ad hoc duties as required
Skills, qualities & experience
? Experience working within the plumbing and heating trade
? Knowledge of brands and products
? Understanding of pricing and delivering quotations to customers
? Friendly and reliable with good communication skills
? Attention to detail and to keep on top of workload
? Ability to work well under pressure
? Organised and able to work to deadlines
? A team player
? Able to work a 40 hour week and every other Saturday
