**Area Cafe Supervisor**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Catering Team

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
Business:

- To work with the Café Manager to ensure every aspect of the visitor journey to a Blenheim Palace Café is of the highest standards of presentation and service
- Ensure customers are given prompt, efficient and friendly service
- Be customer focused at all times, by being visible during service periods
- Ensure the unit is presented correctly and the opening and closing checklists are completed daily
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy, safe and secure

Planning:

- To label food with allergen information where required
- To maintain records relating to food production activities on the Food Alert system
- To ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards are maintained in line with company policy on the Mobaro system

The Team:

- To mentor and motivate the Café team, working to agreed KPIs to develop the team, enhance customer satisfaction and maximise revenues, working in the team on a daily basis
- To support with performance reviews, coordinating team training as required
- To assist the Café Managers to hold regular daily briefings
