At Jaluch over the last 20 years we have provided HR and Training support to businesses of all shapes and sizes. We are great at helping grow organisations and individuals, but like a house of cards if we don’t keep the foundations strong, we can’t thrive, that’s where you come in

We are looking for a competent HR administrator with big aspirations to join us on a permanent basis to help us provide exceptional customer service to our clients, and make sure our teams have everything they need. We will provide on-the-job training for this role, but being a quick learner and feeling confident to suggest better ways of doing things is a must

You will have full autonomy over your role, be expected to manage your workload, and say no when you have too much on your plate We will expect you to own your mistakes, rely on the knowledge of the team, and speak up when you need support.

What will we ask you to do
- Day to day HR administration e.g. creating and updating handbooks, contracts, and employment letters on behalf of our clients
- Note-taking in critical HR related client meetings
- Support our online training courses through Teams and Zoom
- Create and update training workbooks and course materials
- Answer our phone line and redirect clients to our consultants
- Administer various licenses for clients e.g. psychometric profiles, eLearning as well as subscriptions our clients have to our Docs Wizard, template document portal.
- Anything else that might be required to successfully run Jaluch

- Tech Savvy - From Excel to Zoom, you will be comfortable diving into different technologies and learning as you go

- Be a self-starter - We are a super busy team and won’t give you a list of things to do every day, you will be expected to manage your workload and if you see something that needs doing, do it

- Location - You will need to live in a commutable distance to our office in Ringwood, most of our team work 2 or 3 days in the office and the rest from home.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
