**About MPH Construction**

**Overview**
- MPH is looking to recruit a Labourer to support the business’s needs. This is a varied support role as part of a growing team delivering construction projects for clients in Wales, specifically in the Conwy area.
- This role offers full training and development in all aspects required. The position is permanent, and site based. Salary will be based on experience.
- The role will require an ability and enjoyment of working using your hands, with various tools and materials, with a practical approach to problems solving.
- You will be responsible and accountable for keeping the construction site clean and tidy in addition to ordering, collecting, and storing materials.
- You will work under the supervision of an MPH Site Manager.
- Whether working as a team or independently, you will be responsible for carrying out site duties to a high and professional standard, in a timely manner.
- You will have a practical approach to problems solving and will have a flexible approach to your work.
- You will work in line with MPH standards with regards to safety and quality.
- MPH Head Office is Based in Mold, however, please note you will be you will be working in North/Mid Wales.

**Who we are looking for**:

- An individual with good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Some knowledge of construction and site working practices would be advantageous, although not essential.
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is desirable.

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
