Ventures Lab’s platform is fully certified in various regulated markets, having acquired licences in many jurisdictions.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Works on a wide range of projects, using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative illustrations, logos and other designs that align with brand and messaging.
- Manages the selection, resizing, retouching, and colour correction of stock images to make them more appealing, and arrange them in a suitable layout.
- Ensures accuracy, consistency of images in various formats and adherence to style guide and branding.
- Coordinates with SEO managers and editors to identify needs and obtains input to ensure that designs meet organisational standards.
- Amends designs after feedback from SEO managers.
- Examines existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
- Submits designs for approval in a timely manner.
- Creates at least 50 images per day.

**Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- Strong technical skills and advanced proficiency in photograph editing software.
- Organisational, multi-task management and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mind with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to collaborate on projects and integrate editorial feedback.
- Skilled working with other teams to prepare/edit/distribute large volumes of imagery for a wide variety of uses.
- Able to work within brand guidelines and standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
