We are looking for experienced and committed Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is an enthusiastic gentleman in his early 30s who lives in Burntwood and requires support on a 2:1 basis during the night to support his complex care needs.

Your role will include supporting a vibrant, active gentleman with complex care needs. Experience the rewarding role of enhancing someone's life through exceptional care and companionship.

He has an active lifestyle and enjoys staying engaged, he enjoys singing, dancing, exploring his sensory garden and participating in various activities.

Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care, repositioning, attending to his clinical care needs when required, providing a peaceful environment to promote a restful night’s sleep.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**For this position It is essential that you have experience in epilepsy and seizure management**

**To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following**:

- 3 months care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
- Epilepsy and Seizure Management

**We are looking for our dedicated care team to be pet friendly as our service user does have a pet dog at home**

**Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role**:

- Autism Awareness
- Oxygen Administration

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Full Time Nights
- 3 shifts per week
- 8pm - 8am

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weeknights: £15.50 per hour (£186 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Weekends: £16.00 per hour (£192 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £17.00 per hour (£204 approx. per 12-hour shift)
