An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills who are dedicated to working as part of the team.

**This role will comprise all or some of the following duties**:
You will be the first point of call for all patient/staff enquiries so must be confident in dealing with patients and staff at all levels.

You will be required to phone multiple patients on a daily basis so must have an excellent telephone manner.

To accurately record patient responses on Excel spreadsheets so must have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel.

To develop a good understanding of EPR & ERs systems.

Accurately and appropriately update and maintain EPR records as required.

Review medical notes on ACP, collate them together and send to private providers.

To be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

To be aware of and follow the Trust Information Governance policies keeping all data secure.

To undertake any general administrative duties as necessary.
