We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals who require help with daily living activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance and support to individuals who require care and support in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure proper documentation
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor

Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.02 per hour
