London, United Kingdom Prospectus Full time

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting The Salvation Army in their search for a new Corporate Fundraiser to join their supportive and dedicated Corporate Partnerships Team.

The Salvation Army is a global organisation providing practical help for people in need, defending those who are vulnerable and abused, and fighting against injustice. The services they provide are diverse, reflecting the needs of the communities they operate in. This can include supporting children and young people, families, and individuals with issues such as modern slavery, homelessness, financial advice, employability and much more.

Applications will close on the 20th February and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. This is a hybrid working role, with two days a week based in London. Salary will be £34,536.

The successful Corporate Fundraiser will be ambitious and proactive, with experience in fundraising. Reporting to the Corporate Fundraising Manager, you will work to significantly increase funds raised to support all aspects of The Salvation Army's work. You will play an important role in the development and management of the fundraising income streams, including restricted and unrestricted funding, charity of the year partnerships, sponsorship, employee engagement, and gifts in kind. You will take a proactive approach to research, identify, cultivate, and create opportunities to engage with prospective supporters, as well as providing excellent stewardship to existing long-term supporters.

The charity is looking for someone with a track record of securing significant five figure and above in income, experience in writing proposals, data monitoring and developing and delivering events to build corporate engagement. This person will be working in a friendly team, learning new corporate fundraising skills and can help to make a colossal difference to those who need it most.
