We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working individual to join our team. We are a family run business based in Birmingham but our work covers all of the West Midlands.

Using commercial grounds maintenance machinery: mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers, chainsaws etc

Landscaping including fencing

PA1/PA6 spraying licence would be highly desirable

We are looking for someone who is adaptable, willing to learn new skills and wants to develop into a key role within a friendly company. You should have a passion to succeed and be prepared to work outside in all weathers.

Full UK driving licence and own transport are ESSENTIAL. Having a vehicle suitable to carry tools (mowers, strimmers etc) is desirable but not essential. Mileage allowance paid. A company vehicle maybe available for the right person.

There may also be an opportunity to work in other areas of our wider business eg - property maintenance including painting & decorating, assisting skilled tradesmen etc.

This is a very physically demanding role.

Option for sub contractor also available £80 - £100 per day depending on experience

Sub contractor will require own vehicle, machinery, tools and public liability insurance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
