Splicers/testers

Trust Utility Management are looking for Splicer/Testers to work in Lincoln,

**Must haves**:

- Working knowledge of PON builds
- Understanding of splicing process
- CTTS or PQMS training and abilities to prove (all similar training will be considered)
- Cat B driving license
- BTOR pole and OH courses
- Abilities to use OTDR and ILM testing
- Proven use of plans maps and splicing schedules
- NRSWA SLG unit 1

**Desirable**:

- Lives in or with 50 miles of Lincoln City
- First aid trained
- Short notice period to work
- IPAF 1b
- BTOR N023
- Safety Underground

**Main roles will be**:

- Working as a team to build PONS
- Site specific risk assessments, own site.
- Testing PON ILM after completion of Build
- Fault finding with the use of OTDR’s
- Quality checking your own work
- Uploading results and photos of completed work.

Weekly pay with above standard day rate, all tool’s vehicles and PPE provided

Overtime and weekends will be available

28 days paid holiday inclusive of Bank holidays
