Document Controller

A highly skilled Document Controller with Asite and Share Point experience needed to join one of London's leading developers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the document management system (Asite & Share Point), adhering to the Administrator role as outlined in the TQM guidelines.
- Manage the uploading, auditing, re-assigning, and publishing of all submittals.
- Conduct quality checks on all submissions and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Assist technical and commercial departments in collating tender packages and maintain efficient archiving of electronic and hard copy documentation.
- Ensure timely document flow across all departments and become proficient in electronic document control systems, including SharePoint.
- Organise and file hard copies of drawings and documents, issue documents on Variation Orders, and manage customer change forms.
- Oversee the Fieldview Administrator duties and assist in preparing O&M & H&S Filing Systems.
**Requirements**:

- Collate and distribute monthly Project Review pack information and fulfill other ad-hoc tasks as required
