Our client, an iconic indie record label, is seeking a **Head of Digital** to bring their digital music marketing expertise to the team and help drive label strategy.
**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Leading the Digital Marketing team working across the label roster.
- Running high-level artist campaigns in conjunction with artists, managers, distributor, and internal teams.
- Taking responsibility for artists’ digital presence across all platforms.
- Implementing on-brand content and marketing plans relating to audience engagement, DSPs, D2C, CRM, video platforms, digital ad buying etc.
- Working towards the implementation of digital advertising strategies, plans, and budgets with artist teams and media agencies.
- Locating target audiences for engagement.
- Driving success within digital strategy with effective reporting and analysis of key metrics.
- Generating actionable strategies from insights on trends and metrics.
- Identifying digital opportunities for assessment for ROI and communicating findings back to the business.
- Contributing to the successful creation of digital tools and content within agreed budgets.
- Briefing, commissioning, and project managing the development of creative digital tools.
- Pushing the company’s DSP strategy using creative mindset.
- Nurturing productive relationships with key DSPs.
- Managing digital pitching strategy with the marketing team and distributor.
- Liaising continuously with senior management to work towards business goals.
- Delegating relationships, reporting and administration as needed.
- Overseeing the development of campaigns and delegating roster assignments.
- Managing team members’ personal development.
- Representing the company at industry events and attending gigs.
- Liaising with artists, managers, and promotions teams as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Solid digital/marketing music industry experience, gained at either a distributor, label, or management company.
- Existing proven relationships with key partners at DSPs.
- Proven success leading global digital marketing and streaming campaigns.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the digital music industry and associated trends.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Able to analyse, report, and interpret large data sets.
- Adobe Creative Cloud and Wordpress proficiency.
