**Location**:Cranleigh, Surrey
**Salary**: £25,837 - £28,356 per annum
**Hours**: Term Time, 8.30am - 4:30pm each day of the week (With ½ hour unpaid break each day) (Some flexibility is possible over the hours to be worked during the school holidays)

If so, St Joseph’s Specialist Trust have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and approachable person to join their HR Payroll team.
They are a registered charitable trust comprising a special needs school, college, registered children’s home and adult supported living houses. The school and college students are age 5-19 with moderate to severe and complex social communication and learning disabilities. Every member of the 250 staff plays a part in making a positive contribution to the lives of the students and tenants.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Director of HR and Director of Finance, you will:
- Jointly oversee the administration of the payroll
- Work with our outsourced payroll company FS4S
- Dealing directly with staff
- Monitor monthly payroll
- Report and provide updates to the senior leadership team
- Work with your colleague, ensuring all paperwork and records are maintained and data submitted in a timely manner
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in payroll, ideally with experience working in pensions (Desirable)
