**Job title**:
Infrastructure Specialist

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assisting in translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Performing all required tasks to ensure technical availability.
- Maintaining reports and reporting tools for traffic management, service centres and enterprise partners.
- Assisting in interpreting operational results.
- Analysing usage patterns and establishing schedules and procedures for maximum utilization of the system.
- Interacting with other organizations to develop solutions for anticipated technical needs in support of business objectives.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Demonstrable experience in contributing to the successful delivery of technical programmes of work through hands-on deployment, troubleshooting and contribution to designs.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of multiple technologies including, but not limited to, the Microsoft technology stack.
- Demonstrates proficiency through experience and valid industry certifications.
- Ability to work under direction but also unsupervised.
- Demonstrable experience in IT, with recent experience as an Infrastructure Specialist or Senior Engineer.
- Understanding of two of the following technologies, VMware/Citrix/Storage/Backup/Replication/AD, understanding of networks
- Project delivery experience.
- Contributes to the identification and communication of technical risk.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering quality technical artefacts including High
- and Low-Level Designs.
- In-depth understanding of technology and a working knowledge of Cyber Security good practice.
- Ability to communicate effectively at project/programme management levels of an organisation.
- Good knowledge of governance practices including change control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
