**We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Delivery team.**
Reporting into the Project Management Leader, the Project Manager will assist with co-ordination of resources and third parties/vendors for the delivery of software projects (and associated underlying infrastructure), working with our development teams tosupport and improve our customers platforms. Strong Product Ownership skills will be critical to ensure that each have well defined, achievable, and realistic product roadmaps that evolve with our customers needs.
Working closely with development team leaders, this role will ensure that our customers software and platform related business objectives are managed, with realistic expectations set and maintained throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Familiaritywith an Agile delivery methodology is critical for this role.

**Duties to include but not restricted to**:
- Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Delivering workshops and co-ordinating technical teams - jointly defining existing vs proposed system architecture and UI/UX flows
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility, and producing scoping documents with associated cost projections
- Establish and maintain risk management measures to mitigate project risks
- Work with the Project Management Leader to ensure resource availability, allocation and adherence
- Arrange and host formal project kick-off sessions, both internally and customer facing
- Establish project controls in line with Chess processes, owning and monitoring overall project health using time consumption, velocity, and financial metrics
- Host sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions for each sprint iteration
- Maintain a detailed set of tooling including project plans, and maintaining project and sprint backlogs (via MS Azure DevOps), along with reports to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Manage the relationship with our customers and all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Measure and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
**Required Skills/Qualities**:
- Proven working experience in IT project and product management, throughout the software delivery life cycle
- A detailed technical background and understanding of content and document management concepts, delivery of bespoke software solutions, and capturing and articulation of business process and logic
- Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Consistent organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capability (running several concurrent projects at any one time)
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams delivering software projects within a variety of methodologies (particularly Scrum/Agile)
- Evidence attained Professional SCRUM Master Level and Product Owner (PSM1, PSPO1 or similar - recognised by a certified SCRUM board such as Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org)
**Package Details**:
**Basic salary**: Up to £50,000 negotiable dependant on experience.

**Hours**: 37½ hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.
