Helpdesk Operator/scheduler

BAM FM are recruiting a Helpdesk Operator to join our Glasgow region and based out of our offices in Stepps.

**Working Hours are 36.25 per week. 08.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday.**

Your mission
- Updating our CAFM & client operating system, ensuring all specific work orders are actioned.
- Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks
- Pro-actively managing client maintenance services in advance with our nominated contractors.
- Arranging contractor service visits, co-ordinating with our clients.
- Producing client site log books and all other associated activity.
- Supporting other members on the help desk team as and when required.

Who are we looking for?
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Able to work on own initiative
- Experience within a customer service based environment
