Senior Llm Technologist

What you’ll be doing:
- What we need to see:
- MS or PhD in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- 8+ years of work-related experience in AI for natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLM) or otherwise demonstrated exceptional skill in NLP/LLMs- Strong programming skills in Python and expertise with DL frameworks such as PyTorch.- Demonstrated publication of code through Github or other open source release and ability to rapidly prototype and release solutions.- Ability to communicate effectively on communities like X(Twitter), Reddit, Kaggle forums, Discord, etc.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience with NVIDIA AI and Data Science software platforms, including Nemo and RAPIDS.- Proven background in using LLM’s to solve complex customer problems.- Software development skills and a track record of releasing high quality code into open source.- Deep learning optimization skills including optimizing AI models for performance.- Being a Kaggle competition grandmaster with gold medals in NLP/LLM competitions.- Success in machine learning competitions, including reaching the level of Kaggle Grandmaster, or winning competitions sponsored by NeurIPS, CVPR, KDD, or other prestigious AI conferences.
