The post holder will help provide a frontline reception service to the general public which mainly includes those in housing need, homeless &/or vulnerable. This is a vital & responsible post within a customer orientated team providing confidential services to the public.

As well as being the first point of contact with the public, the post entails a variety of clerical administrative duties centred on the housing register. You must, therefore, be able to work systematically & accurately, to liaise with various service providing agencies & above all be committed to providing an efficient, helpful & friendly service to our customers.

**The post is Full Time Fixed Term Contract (FTC) until 31st March 2024
