**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**: As a Bank Support Worker you will support people who have learning disabilities and autism to live the best lives possible. In Fochabers, we support 4 gentlemen to live independently in their own flats. We are a strong team that work well together and support one another and support these men with activities such as going to concerts, going on holiday, bowling, swimming, golf and going to the cinema. This role requires flexibility to work some weekends and evenings and we're looking for committed and reliable individuals to join our team. Shift patterns are generally from 7am - 9pm, 7am - 2pm and some overnights. Driver essential. You’ll be joining an award-winning charity, in an exciting role where you can transform someone else’s life while transforming your own too Whatever your background, there’s a rewarding career in care for you - one were you can follow your passions and learn new skills too. **_Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them.
