Material Planning and Scheduling Administrator

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent **Material Planning and Scheduling Administrator, **working for a client located in **Pickering. **Responsible for overseeing the administrative tasks related to the materials, planning and logistics function.
**Material Planning and Scheduling Administrator Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and release work orders
- Collaborate with logistics and production to ensure production booking and stock transfer issues are resolved when required
- Maintain labour documentation
- Maintain planned hours/tools in OEE sheet
- Administrate production monitoring software
- Support procurement department with daily responsibilities - e.g., booking goods in
- Report/track KPI’s
- Track special freight site wide
- Assist team where needed - e.g., plan a small department to cover absence
**Material Planning and Scheduling Administrator Applicants**:
- Proficient with Windows Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred
- Strong multi-tasking skills. Completes several concurrent tasks in an efficient and accurate manner
- Time management skills for providing management with accurate data
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-change environment, with limited supervision
- Self-starter
- Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritisation and follow-up skills
**Salary is £24,000. Working Monday to Thursday 08:15-17:00, Friday 08:15-13:30.**
