Lecturer- Film

**We are seeking to appoint a Full Time Lecturer with expertise in Film, to contribute to the development and teaching of Filmmaking and Film Theory at Arts University Plymouth. You will be a creative practitioner, who demonstrates a broad range of knowledge and expertise in professional filmmaking practices, including cinematography, direction, camera operation, production design and/or post production and related digital software and technologies. You will have professional teaching experience in Film, and be able to champion the integration of theory and practice in learning and teaching in Higher Education.**

**Teaching on our BA (Hons) Film and Screen Arts and BA (Hons) Film Studies courses, you will develop exciting and challenging content for our students, supporting them to work professionally in the Film industries and/or the wider Creative industries. The role will ensure the highest standards of learning and teaching, research and scholarship, knowledge transfer, and student experience in line with the ambitions of our strategic plan. The post holder will be professionally active in their field, and will contribute to Arts University Plymouth’s Research culture.**
