We are recruiting for a **ED Flow Coordinator **who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the **_Best of Care by the Best People _**and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.**

**The aim of the Patient Flow Co-ordinator is to provide support to the Quality & Safety Lead (QSL) in dealing with general administrative tasks. The concept is designed to free up valuable nursing and medical time to avoid delays, keep within the breach time frames and improve the patient experience.**

**The Flow Co-ordinator will be expected to work as part of the team, under the direction of the QSL and daily Duty Manager, ensuring smooth flow of patients through the department and Emergency Floor.
