**Youth Worker Apprentice**

**College location: East Surrey College (Redhill)**

**Salary: Circa £15,000 **(Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)

**Hours: Full time **(37 hours/week) 08:45-17:00 Mon - Fri (18 months)

We are currently seeking to appoint a personable and motivated **Youth Worker Apprentice **to join our team, working across our Youth Hub department as part of our **Apprenticeship Scheme.**

This is an opportunity for you to gain varied work experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation and to obtain a work-based qualification that will give you a head start to your career.

You will establish and maintain positive relationships with students, using informal education and enrichment opportunities to develop young people’s social education and support teaching staff in developing learners’ behaviors, skills, and knowledge.

This role will involve assisting in the provision and administration of pastoral support to all learners. This Apprenticeship would suit someone who is enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to learning. You will be organised, approachable and analytically minded.
