**Business Planner & Market Insights Specialist**

Operating as a trusted Business Partner, the goal of the Business Planning and Insights team is to deliver comprehensive, regionally-relevant Market, Competitor, Customer & Partner Intelligence to enable better-informed planning decisions for short-term execution and long term strategy, aligned to 3DS growth objectives.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for delivering comprehensive research specifically designed to address the needs of the Northern European business.
- Interpreting multiple data sources to provide the actionable insights and intelligence.
- Proven communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate data insights across multiple stakeholders and audience types.
- Monitor current business performance against market trends.
- Provide required insights to support investment decisions in key business areas.
- Drive initiatives for long-term business growth objectives.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Direct experience from a commercial business planning environment, business planning & strategy, or business planning and internal communications background is preferred.
- Culturally astute with proven communication skills and able to engage, inform and influence with stakeholders across a diverse region.
- Ability to self-start and bring new perspectives and ideas.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in analytics; able to assess both short and long-term financial reports, macro metrics and data trends to derive data insights.
- Well-practiced business storyteller - able to translate data insights into an impactful and meaningful story.
- Understands routes to market and associated market dynamics.
- Strong presenter and influencer, confident in working with senior executives and able to build relationships across key business areas.
