**Overview**

This is an entry-level position which provides a great opportunity for a person with little gambling or relevant industry experience looking for a career in compliance.

With the speed of change in technology, influx of data, shifting and increasingly complex regulatory requirements and increased consumer expectations we require a quality auditor to work closely within the Audit team in the compliance department.

**Responsibilities**
- As part of the Audit team you will maintain an audit programme to address key marketing, affiliate and other risks, policies, and procedures across the digital business.
- You will be involved in providing support to the Head of Digital Compliance through the development and completion of ad-hoc audits.
- Complete a variety of audits, recording any failures that are identified and taking appropriate follow up action in line with agreed procedure, escalating identified issues as appropriate.
- Completing reports on audits and actions undertaken on a quarterly basis.
- Complete monthly quality assurance audits within the compliance department to ensure our processes and procedures offering is compliant with all UK/Gibraltar licence conditions, technical standards and ASA / CAP guidelines and requirements.
- Ensure all audit findings and recommendations are fully documented, reported, and used to promote constructive change.
- Work with managers to provide detailed feedback and ensure that issues are addressed.
- Perform follow up audits to ensure corrective action plans are in place and operating effectively.

**Experience and Skills**
- Ability to manage their tasks and duties in an organised methodical manner.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and computer skills essential.
- Self-motivated with a strong, positive work ethic.
- A background in online gaming with knowledge of UK/Gibraltar regulation sis desirable.
