We need a self motivated individual who can work on their own initiative to clean portacabins near Barnard Castle DL12.

This is a fixed term contract lasting until August 2025.

The job involves cleaning portacabins on an active building site. Duties include cleaning offices, canteen areas, toilets, corridors and general internal areas.

**The shifts are: Monday to Friday 4hrs per day = 20hrs per week. Start time 9am.**

You should have experience of commercial cleaning. Preference will be given to those that live locally to site and have their own transport. You must be punctual and have a desire to succeed in a challenging environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
