Linkage College is part of Linkage Community Trust. **About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity, we are looking for forward thinking individuals to deliver engaging and innovative sessions in Mathematics to our Learners. This post will be based at our Weelsby Campus in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire.
- Use your professional skills in the development, preparation and delivery of the curriculum through programmes which meet individual learner needs.
- Identify, plan and deliver skills and knowledge to learners in the educational, work and living environment
- Responsibility for assessing learner abilities across key curriculum areas.
- Support learners in gaining appropriate accredited qualifications wherever possible.
- Contribute to the identification of new teaching materials, methods and resources to help learners maximise progress including, as appropriate, the use of blended learning through our virtual learning platform.
- Maintain records of teaching sessions, prepare learner progress reports, following college systems as well as participation in curriculum meetings.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on learner progress for EHCP review processes.
- Participate in 6-weekly 1-1’s with your Line Manager

**About you**:

- Educated to relevant PGCE or CertED teaching qualification or willingness to work towards teaching qualification. For example, 7302 (PTTLS) first stage teaching
- Assessors award or willingness to work towards within 2 years
- Previous teaching experience or familiar with LLDD provision is desirable
- Functional Skills qualification level 3
- Evidence of ongoing CPD
- Registration with the SET
- Clear evidence of achievement of individual targets
- In order to be considered for this role, you will require high levels of accuracy, presentation skills and effective resource management

**Salary**: £24,210.00-£28,798.00 per year
