We have a lovely opportunity for an **Administrator**who is looking for temporary work. Our client is looking for an immediate start for a 1 - 2 month contract. You will be working in a beautiful setting and helping support a lovely HR teamwith all their paperwork requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaboration with the HR team members providing strong administrative support.
- Processing of all paperwork associated with recruitment, employment changes and variations to contracts.
- Arranging internal meetings and documents/paperwork.
- Assisting with UK Right to Work checks, scanning and filing relevant documentation.
- Assist in creating and maintaining all employee personnel files on HR tool boards (Conf and BrightHR), ensuring files are kept up to date, archiving of leavers, and cleansing of information held in line with the Data Protection Act.
- Liaising and assisting stakeholders at all levels in the company

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of human resources and UK employment law
- Tech savvy with experience of MS Office, incl Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, good with new technology
- Expert organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail - ability to spot errors, think outside the box.
- Active listening and strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- High initiative - naturally pro-active & active contributor
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Knowledge of payroll and autoenrollment pension would be an advantage.
