We are delighted to be working on behalf of a highly regarded British Retail brand in their search for an Interim Finance Manager.

The company is currently going through an exciting period of transition and are working on implementing various new commercial initiatives to develop and establish their name further in the market.

The business is looking for an adaptable and energetic finance professional that can business partner with various divisions across the team and support the Head of FP&A in all reporting requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take Ownership of the budgeting process for various business divisions, working closely with key operational heads and providing input when required.
- Push for improvements within the forecast cycle and models to enhance efficiencies.
- Support the Head of FP&A with budget submissions from the wider business and international divisions and help in the preparation of the Group model with profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet projections.
- Provide insightful month end commentary for the divisions partnering with and the wider group and deliver to senior management team.
- Work alongside the management account team and wider business to understand and analyse key risks and opportunities.
- Help automate reporting with the IT and BI team. Assess possible improvements in current reporting processes and look to build new insightful analysis to help grow the business.
- Attending weekly business meetings.
- Provide ad-hoc support as and when required.

About you:

- Fully qualified Accountant ACA or ACCA/CIMA equivalent
- Previous experience in a Commercial Finance role
- Highly analytical
- Ability to work with various stakeholders and present information in a clear and effective manner
- Retail experience desirable
