Reed Recruitment are working alongside our client who are looking to add a Bid Writer/Coordinator to their team on a permanent basis. You will be based in Cumbernauld.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

**Salary**: £25K - £38K DOE

**Typical Duties -**
- Assist in writing and editing bids, ensuring client specifications are met
- Preparation and submission of bids/tender, pre-qualification questionnaires/submissions and post-proposal reviews
- Take ownership and submit completed professional bids to existing or prospective clients
- Working closely with estimating and sales teams
- Keep accurate records of proposals and associated documents, flagging agreements approaching expiration to a central bid library
- Management of client portals
- Be highly motivated, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Can work proficiently across the Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Previous Bid Writing experience / PQQ experience (creative writing)
- Experience within a civil engineering industry would be preferred
