**Helpdesk Administrator - Hull - £10.50 per hour**

Chase & Holland are delighted to be working with a well-respected engineering business based on the outskirts of Hull who are actively seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join their bright and dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable business, playing a key role in the communication between customers and internal/external engineers to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

**Helpdesk Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with clients to schedule general routine maintenance
- Responding to call-out requests and liaising with engineers to arrange
- Maintaining and updating the internal system to ensure accurate data records
- Handling all requests and enquiries from customers as necessary
- Updating client files by allocating all relevant reports and worksheets
- General administration duties

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Confident administration skills
- Ability to coordinate/schedule works
- Strong communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent IT skills
