**We are seeking an experienced Guillotine Operator** **to join our team manufacturing high quality Bespoke Architectural Metal Fabrications.**

**The Person**:

- Previous experience as a Guillotine Operator or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating guillotine machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.

**Key duties /accountabilities**
- Machine Operation: Operate guillotine machinery to cut materials according to specifications and production requirements.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy in the cutting process. Make adjustments as necessary.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the guillotine equipment and promptly report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Production Targets: Meet daily production targets and adhere to the production schedule outlined in the rota.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to optimise workflow and achieve production goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any deviations from standard procedures.
