Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and management. Your role will involve handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

**Duties**:

- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution
- Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft
- Support the administration of benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with data entry and reporting tasks to support HR metrics analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Proficiency in using a HRIS system
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
