The CRO Associate Director will be responsible for leading the UX & CRO programme across our Performance Experience department (SEO, content & UX). You will be working with the Head of Performance Experience to further develop and enhance the UX & CRO offeringand proposition to and take this to both existing and new clients. You will be training, nurturing and growing a team of UX specialists across the department to be activating against UX / CRO scopes.

This role will suit you if you are commercially focused and have had significant experience being client facing.

Some of the responsibilities of this rile are:

- Working with the Head of Performance Experience to Develop a range of UX products and solutions that can be taken to existing clients and the wider market that are industry leading, demonstrating innovation & growth
- Bring UX / CRO truly into the fold within a media agency context, unlocking the next era of growth for the department & clients
- Work with the Performance experience client leads to make UX / CRO a critical part of the SEO / Performance Experience programmes linking it to content and media efficiency.
- Evangelise the UX / CRO product internally to clients, across the Groupe and externally to the wider industry.
- Train, nurture and grow a team of UX specialists to deliver against UX / CRO scopes

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Experience managing CRO projects/ programmes including both qualitative and quantitative UX research and running iterative A/B testing
- Good, practical, understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP etc.)
- Experience working / collaborating with web developers in rolling out successful experiments
- Experienced and knowledgeable with analytics, research and testing platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Content Square, Hot Jar, etc)
- Experienced with research/survey tools including CrazyEgg, Usabilla, Hotjar would be an advantage
- Organised, methodical, reliable & effective communicator both internally and externally
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast paced and rapidly evolving environment
