Are you interested in teacher training? Taking on a role of Learning Mentor is a good place to begin your career. At Haydon Abbey we can then support you with your teacher training whilst continuing to work here. Many of our current teachers have taken this very successful route into teaching where you can train whilst still earning a salary.

**Job Salary**:Bucks Pay Range 3. Actual gross salary - £20,114

**Contract Type**:Fixed Term Contract until 19 July 2024

**Hours**:Term time only, (30-minute unpaid lunch break). 8:15am - 4pm Monday - Thursday. 8:15am - 3:30pm Friday

- working with a very supportive pastoral team
- support pupils who may be facing difficulties in school related to social, emotional, personal, behaviour problems or other factors
- to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and fully engage with lessons
- being responsible for the learning and achievement of children you work with

- demonstrating high expectations for children
- withholding the school values at all times
- being highly professional
