**Job Title: Junior Helpdesk Consultant**

**Role Overview**:
We are hiring a skilled and customer-oriented Helpdesk Consultant to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and ensure timely problem resolution. Your expertise and exceptional communication skills will be pivotal in delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining user satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot software issues, and ensure efficient problem resolution to minimize downtime.
- Helpdesk Operations: Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance through various channels. Record, track, and document all customer interactions using helpdesk software.
- Problem Diagnosis and Resolution: Analyze and diagnose software-related problems, escalating complex issues to senior team members and the development team for further resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent customer service, exhibit professionalism, patience, and empathy while addressing user concerns and issues.

- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
