SPL Powerlines UK Ltd are a growing overhead line company looking to recruit experienced OLEC 3 to work on various projects throughout the UK, who have experience of working within the Network Rail Infrastructure.

**OLEC 3 Linesman - Coatbridge, Scotland**:
**YOUR TASKS**:

- Carry out installation of OLE works to OLEC3 standard and as instructed by supervisors to ensure they are carried out safely and to the required standards
- Ensure that any project specific drawings and specifications issued to you are marked “for construction”
- Check OLE materials whilst installing and report any shortages or defects to your supervisor
- Be capable to undertake works alone or under direction
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly and legible
- When acting as protection staff i.e. COSS, machine controller, look out etc ensure you have all the required equipment
- Ensure that all tools, plant and equipment you are using are in good working order and fit for purpose. Take responsibility for provided tools and PPE

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- PTS card with a minimum of 3 years’ experience on the railway within OLE discipline
- OLEC 3 competence; preferable to have OLEC modules 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6
- Preferable to have either Engineering Supervisor or COSS competence (min 12 months experience)
- Valid full driving licence and willingness to travel and work throughout the UK as required
