Breakthrough in Education is in search of a dynamic and imaginative Classroom Assistant to join a special educational needs (SEN) school in the Bury St Edmunds area. As part of a collaborative and positive team of Classroom Assistants, you will work within a student-centred framework. Each pupil in the class has individual educational learning goals, and you will collaborate with the teacher and students to help them to reach these targets. Increasing self-efficacy, life skills, confidence and positivity are at the heart of this role.

**Your Role**:

- Working in a team to facilitate safe and successful learning.
- Individualising your approach to each child in order to best support their learning.
- Using play as an important aspect to learning in SEND pupils.
- Ensuring that safeguarding standards are met.
- Using creativity to enhance the learning experiences of pupils.
