Furthermore, we have an office near Manchester, along with virtual offices in Oxford and London.

**Responsibilities**

This position offers a unique opportunity as a Technical Director or Principal Consultant. We welcome enthusiastic individuals who possess the skills to manage clients and lead our built heritage team. In addition to your project-related responsibilities, you will play a mentoring role within the team, overseeing their work and effectively delegating tasks. You will keep the managing director informed about specific clients and projects as needed. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the board to develop and implement our business development strategy, contributing to the growth and overall success of our organisation.

**What we offer**

While we may not provide the traditional benefits associated with larger corporations, as a small business, we offer competitive compensation. In addition to a competitive salary, you will have the opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus. We also support hybrid working arrangements and provide a full IT kit to facilitate your productivity. Our commitment extends to your long-term financial security with a 4% pension contribution and a death in service benefit. We provide 25 days of holiday leave and in addition you will be paid during a Christmas shutdown.
