**Position**: Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)

**Reporting to**: General Operations Manager

**Salary**: £45,000 - £50,000 (based on capability and experience)

**Location**: Camberley

**PLG Talent Solutions** is seeking a seasoned **Vehicle Damage Assessor** on behalf of our client. We're in pursuit of a professional with a commercial mindset, a relentless dedication to excellence, a meticulous eye for detail, and a customer-centric approach. This role calls for an individual driven by the desire to effect change, continuously expand their knowledge base, and thrive on the cutting edge of technological advancements.

**About the role**

Working as part our central Image Assessor team you will compile computerised assessments.
- Verify the selection of suitable repair methods by repair centers.
- Prepare vehicle damage assessments on various computerised platforms (Audatex, GT Motive etc,.)
- Maximise profit potential by optimal understanding and use of systems and allowances (Inc. Zone-99)
- Negotiate repair costs with Engineers and Assessors
- Evaluate PAV’s
- Advise central claims team on UR vehicles
- Cost jobs for invoicing
- Audit work / images prepared by site VDA teams

**You'll hold a crucial position in our customer journey, collaborating closely with customers and our repair centers to secure optimal outcomes.**

**Experience**:

- Vehicle Damage Assessor: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
