Factory Operative

Do you have experience using Hand Tools? Have you worked do you have experience using machinery? If so we have an opportunity for you working for one of our local client based near Thame.

The role of a Factory Operative will be on a temporary to permanent contract so this does offer long term stability.

What in it for you? Three months work with a possibility of a permanent job at the end of it, a four and a half day week, once established overtime at a time and a third, work for a company who will support you in becoming a multi skilled operative.

What our client is looking for? Someone who has used hand tools? Someone who is used to working in a role which can be physically challenging? Someone who is happy to start at 6AM

Working as a factory Operative your hours ok work will be, 6-4 Mon-Thur 6-1.30 Fri, weekly wage £10 p/h pro rata salary would be around £23.4k.
